Shipping Policy

At Allegheny Mountain Beard Products, we strive to provide the best shipping experience possible for our customers.

Processing Time:

 

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. During peak periods or holidays, processing time may be delayed slightly.

Shipping Methods:

 

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping is typically via United States Postal Service (USPS) and usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping costs are based on a per order basis. You can view the shipping costs for your order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address. Ground shipping is $8.00 and Priority is $10 (Note as prices fluctuate this may increase.) International fees may apply.

 

International Shipping:

 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable for orders shipped outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes.

Tracking Your Order:

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in the email.

Shipping Errors:

 

If there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery:

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that it is received.
